"A mentor is someone who allows you to see the hope inside yourself. A mentor is someone who allows you to know that no matter how dark the night, in the morning joy will come. A mentor is someone who allows you to see the higher part of yourself when sometimes it becomes hidden from your own view." - Oprah Winfrey
FOUNDATIONAL MENTORS
Our Lifeblood
Spirit Incorporating has three Foundational Mentors. They are all students of Tracey and use a combination of their learnings and their personal skills.

Each one, chosen for their unique and extraordinary journeys. For their graceful courage. For their humility and kindness.

For their Heart, their Mind and...for their Spirit.
REBECCA LEGGETT
Foundational Mentor - Membership Coordinator - aka Professional Space Holder
I spent the first 37 years of my life running away from hurt and trauma, running toward anything I thought could help and crashing and burning when whichever get-zen-quick method I had chosen that month didn't work. I had an epiphany after what felt like the millionth burn out that I had been living my entire life in fight or flight and that if I wanted to break this pattern and experience real and lasting peace in my life I had to stop running.

The very thought was terrifying - what was this surrender thing I kept reading about? How on earth would anything get done if I stopped trying to control every single detail of my life and maintain my grind toward success? Who would I be if I didn't control other people's perception of me and who was I without a coveted title, salary or academic achievement?

Some heavy duty mentoring and introspection helped my delve deep into my spiritual and emotional selves and identify the fear and limiting beliefs that were at the heart of my chronic overachieving (and addiction to striving) and I can honestly say I have never felt true peace, happiness or purpose like I have now.

Do I have all the answers? Not all the time.
Do I have the tools to bring myself back on track when I do veer from the path? You bet I do.
Do I sit on a meditation cushion 12 hours a day like I used to think was necessary to qualify as a 'spiritual practice'? Nope.

So what do I do? I love and treat myself like a treasured friend. I prioritise my sacred spaces. I ensure I am in alignment at all times and when I am not I recognise it and bring myself back into my authenticity. I am always learning and always grateful for this precious and sacred life.

It is my honour and privilege to serve you on your journey, I can't wait to connect with you!

MELISSA STEPHENSON
Foundational Mentor
From the earliest memories that I can recall from this lifetime, I knew with every part of my being that I had a purpose to fulfil. I had no idea what that purpose was, but I had a strong sense I was destined to help people in some way. As much as I believed my 'knowing' to be true, it confused me for some time as I did not know how to trust people and I avoided them if I possible.

I grew up very aware I was 'different'. I have conversed with spirit my entire life and realised I could see spirit when I turned thirteen. I experienced loss and trauma from a very early age. I was surrounded by death, despair, violence, control, addiction, fear, manipulation, and abuse. I dipped my toe in and out of my spirituality during this time, but my focus was on my survival.
In my thirties, when I birthed my third child, my body couldn't merely 'survive' anymore. My physical being ground to a halt. My adrenals were burnt out, I was covered in psoriasis, I suffered a stroke, required iron infusions, and later discovered I had a leaky heart. My body was crying out for help. But I had no idea where to start.

Whilst on bed rest for the next few weeks, I realised it was time to delve into my trauma. To decipher it, untangle it and to hopefully extract it from my physical being. The fear of what I might discover was all consuming, but my physical reality meant I had little choice, but to try and get back to some sort of normality. I spent the next decade reading all I could about trauma, seeking therapy, seeing healers, and learning about nutrition, neural pathways and how adults of childhood trauma can move forward. The more I learnt, the more my body began to heal and the healthier I became.

I completed Zenith Mentoring with Tracey a couple of years ago, which was life changing in many ways. I was able to shift the trauma that I had remaining but was too scared to confront and identify my psychic abilities and learn how to use them daily, so they serve me. Zenith was incredible, I didn't want it to end, and I was amazed each week with the actual difference it made to my life. It is still to this day, one of the best decisions I have ever made.

My journey so far has been quite profound.

I know what it is like to SURVIVE.
I know what it is like to live in VICTIM MODE without awareness.
I know what its like to THRIVE in life and to step out of all you know how to be.
I know how it feels to step into your POWER and TRUTH and BECOME WHO YOU KNOW YOU ARE.

My purpose is now crystal clear.

I inspire others to create change in their lives and empower them to live authentically.
I use my life, my stories, and my breakthroughs to show others that they too can escape poverty, abuse and negative situations. That obstacles can teach and assist us to become who we are meant to be. I'm passionate to inspire others to chase their dreams and open their hearts because where they are now does not dictate where they can end up. I hope to encourage others to relax and enjoy the process of change, to make it 'less scary' and more exciting and achievable.
