In my thirties, when I birthed my third child, my body couldn't merely 'survive' anymore. My physical being ground to a halt. My adrenals were burnt out, I was covered in psoriasis, I suffered a stroke, required iron infusions, and later discovered I had a leaky heart. My body was crying out for help. But I had no idea where to start.
Whilst on bed rest for the next few weeks, I realised it was time to delve into my trauma. To decipher it, untangle it and to hopefully extract it from my physical being. The fear of what I might discover was all consuming, but my physical reality meant I had little choice, but to try and get back to some sort of normality. I spent the next decade reading all I could about trauma, seeking therapy, seeing healers, and learning about nutrition, neural pathways and how adults of childhood trauma can move forward. The more I learnt, the more my body began to heal and the healthier I became.
I completed Zenith Mentoring with Tracey a couple of years ago, which was life changing in many ways. I was able to shift the trauma that I had remaining but was too scared to confront and identify my psychic abilities and learn how to use them daily, so they serve me. Zenith was incredible, I didn't want it to end, and I was amazed each week with the actual difference it made to my life. It is still to this day, one of the best decisions I have ever made.
My journey so far has been quite profound.
I know what it is like to SURVIVE.
I know what it is like to live in VICTIM MODE without awareness.
I know what its like to THRIVE in life and to step out of all you know how to be.
I know how it feels to step into your POWER and TRUTH and BECOME WHO YOU KNOW YOU ARE.
My purpose is now crystal clear.
I inspire others to create change in their lives and empower them to live authentically.
I use my life, my stories, and my breakthroughs to show others that they too can escape poverty, abuse and negative situations. That obstacles can teach and assist us to become who we are meant to be. I'm passionate to inspire others to chase their dreams and open their hearts because where they are now does not dictate where they can end up. I hope to encourage others to relax and enjoy the process of change, to make it 'less scary' and more exciting and achievable.
